Terms

The following terms pertain to wedding contracts:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve our services for your wedding date and is fully applicable to your package.
  • The balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. NO exceptions please.
  • All online orders are paid via a 3rd party contracted with HR Photography & Video. The studio cannot refund any orders placed online. All orders online are final.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks.
  • All checks are subject to clearance before delivery of work.
  • No cash refunds will be made.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.
  • The studio reserves the rights to use all images created by it for display, publication, or any other purpose. The images remain the exclusive property of the studio.
  • All payments to the studio are, and will be considerd a retainer fee and as such are wholly nonrefundable due to cancellation of event by the customer.
  • The studio may assign a photographer as it sees fit to be present at the event, based on the studio's consideration.
  • The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event of a failure to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to refund of the retainer.
  • Notice of copyright: It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
